With specific reference to the ability to understand and/or want, the ability to test and the psychic state of the handwriting, to be understood as extended to all other areas of expertise also in the civil field including the invalidity of marriage, adoption and custody (pedagogical skills), we list by way of example only some of the judgments directly sent to us in full by the Court of Treviso (Cons. Dr. Francesco Pedoja), the Court of Siena (Cons. Dr. Dario Perrucci), the Court of Pordenone (Avv. Guido Comis) and others, as an example of having transposed the evolution of graphological science into the legal discipline.
