Peripheral T-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphomas (PTCL) account for 15-20% of aggressive lymphomas and include different entities. Several studies have shown that T-cell phenotype was associated to a worse outcome compared with B-cell phenotype, with the exception of alk-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL).
