Introduction: The narration of injury dynamics is fundamental for the aetiological analysis and the identification of strategies for preventive interventions. The aim was to test the usefulness of a story collection system on the ability to communicate them with a narrative-based evidence transfer method. Methodology: SPreSAL operators were enrolled through workshops aimed at identifying injuries, adopting effective writing, identifying key elements. Results: 43 SPreSAL operators participated. 33 stories were collected and published on the Dors website. Conclusion: The piloting showed how storytelling allows to interpret injuries by giving a meaning that broadens the vision of risk factors and improves the indications for prevention.
