Music therapy as part of the therapeutic path of cancer patients and their caregivers can lead to a better management of pain and anxiety, enhance relaxation, facilitate expressive skills and contribute to an optimal address of emotions offering support during the disease and bereavement experience. In our experience The FuckCancer Choir represents an example of choral singing that brings psycho-social benefits to participants (both patients and caregivers but also to healthcare professionals).
