This paper aims to discuss child psychoanalytic psychotherapy intervention from the perspective of complex living systems. Although it is increasingly shared and practiced in the clinic, it is a significant epistemological change and therefore of technique. After explaining the theoretical assumptions, a way of intervention that involves the parent in the session with their child will be discussed. A clinical case will be briefly brought up as an example of intervention.
