The work follows a path that starts from the relationship between psychopathology and culture in the contemporary world, identifying some traits expelled from cultural containers and poured into the psychopathology of today's masses. Among these elements are the removal of the "negative", the denial of death and the enhancement of a "positive conformistic" that replaces individual psychic perceptive work or the work of the alpha dream (Bion). In this scenario the body becomes a container of mental functions no longer experienced or experienced by the mind. It is possible that these mass emotional assets enter into the caring relationship, becoming scenarios in which feelings that are not compatible with the maternal are experienced as primary fault by the subject as potentially destructive for the whole self/container of which the self is part. Starting from these bases, a possible construction of therapeutic devices is traced, starting from the dynamics of the teams, to arrive at individual or group devices reflecting the subject. Some possible ways of working to move from the body as a container of the mind to the mind as a tool to tolerate pain are examined crosswise.
