The author identifies the lack of self-inclusion of a young woman, the reasons for her infertility. Through the repercussion of an existential vicissitude that lasted twenty years, the stages of self-recognition and inclusion by the Self, of dimensions of being not approved by the mother, indispensable for the subject to reach, at the same time, autonomy and biological fullness, are focused on. The clinical event illustrated below has turned out to be a common event within a particular social group, represented by socially affirmed women in which the mental seems to have taken over the biological, for complex reasons, partly attributable to the so-called feminist culture.
