Psychotherapists are increasingly interested in the discoveries of micro-analysis, but the question of how to use them in clinical practice remains open. Harrison offers original reflections on the subject and presents his way of working directly to us, presenting two very different cases. In the first one it is easy to build with the young patient a shared platform on which to build and complex the therapeutic dialogue. In the second, on the other hand, the words lack non-verbal support and the initial results are minimal. The author, however, highlights how also here the analyst, thanks to her flexibility, is able to meet the young patient where it is necessary to meet her, producing the first patterns of shared attention. What the two cases have in common is the ability to lead and be led by the flow of the system, placing trust in this particular and decisive form of bi-personal creativity.
