From the sandwich model of the therapeutic action to a constitutive hypothesis of the subject

The theoretical steps that accompanied Harrison to the creation of a model of therapeutic action based on the epistemology of complexity have been here studied in depth. The aim was to highlight the theoretical evolution that led Harrison to the creation of a model of therapeutic action in therapy with the child starting from BCSG research. It has been hypothesized the need for a constitutive reference of the subject as an indispensable condition to theoretically support the change understood as the result of interactive creation. Finally, we tried to decline the theoretical proposal of the foundation of the subject by drawing on the concept of SOC and the concept of "context" in the two cases mentioned by Harrison, and eventually we suggested a sandwich model for clinical practice with the adult.
